JOB DETAILS:
The Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant will be support in systematic data collation validation
and analysis to ensure quality reporting and timely information for accountability, decisionmaking.

Job Responsibilities
• M&E Data Support
• Assist in collation of the project data summaries.
• Ensure data integrity is upheld by doing regular data cleaning and validation.
• Reporting
• Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate routine, monthly,quarterly and annual programmatic performance reports.
• Assist in developing summary report on key issues emerging from projects monthly reports, evaluation reports, and feedback reports.
• Data Management
• Support in identification, documentation, and dissemination of project experiences, lessons learned, and success stories.
• Assist in preparation of M&E tools and development of data management processes including SOPs.
• Assist in strengthening existing M&E systems to ensure generation of timely information and feedback to donors and other project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
• Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, IT, Social Sciences or its equivalent.
• Diploma in Health Records and Information Technology or related discipline.
• Required Qualifications and Experience
• Three (3) years relevant work experience in a similar work environment.
• Skills and Competencies
• ICT proficient in Ms Access, Excel spreadsheets, SQL server
• Team player
• Respect for diversity and different cultures
• Ability to work under minimum supervision

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
