Responsibilities
1. Filing and retrieval of documents.
2. Detecting and reporting defective equipment
3. Records management
4. Arranging office Furniture
5. Sorting and dispatching letters
6. Collecting and delivering letters and other office documents
7. Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements for Appointment
1. Must be a Kenyan Citizen
2. Must be a holder of Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education, KCSE (D Plain)
3. Computer application certificate.

• Clearance certificate from HELB
• Clearance certificate from Ethics and Anticorruption Commission (EACC)
• Certificate of good conduct from Criminal Investigation Department
