The ALX Membership Experience Lead will make ALX the ‘go-to’ place for the top talent in a given city and a vibrant, entrepreneurial hub. We are looking for a masterful community builder who is able to curate powerful and inspiring experiences for our members and the broader ALX ecosystem. .

Job Responsibilities:
• Bring the unique ALX culture, rituals and values to life through developing and curating a community for our members and the broader ecosystem
• Oversee the end to end delivery and operations of the ALX Community (incl. marketing, programing, events management, partnerships, hospitality)
• Conceptualize and create transformational
• experiences for learning, development and community building nature to our membership and the local network
• Hold full ownership of the customer experience of our community members
• Grow and retain the membership base by building relationships and delivering on the community value proposition by delivering high quality experiences
• Plan and run operations of community events and other programing
• Build partnerships with external lifelong learning providers to offer unique learning experiences to our members
• Monitor and evaluate impact, effectiveness and efficiency of the community
• Support a team of incredibly passionate, talented and diverse people and champion our unique culture
• Build systems and processes that contribute to making ALX Hubs scalable and cost efficient; support the development of playbooks and continuous improvement cycles to scale ALX
