The Hospital seeks to recruit on ideal candidate for the following position:

Medical Oncologist
Reporting to the Medical Director, the Medical Oncologist will work as a fulltime resident specialist with o highly skilled and competent oncology team to ensure the delivery of quality service Io oncology patients S/he will participate in the development of evidence-based protocols for oncology core and in the implementation of a comprehensive patient centered Cancer Program.
In consultation with medical leadership team, physicians and other stakeholders, the position holder will take leadership in developing policies. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines of the program

Key Competencies
• Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from o recognized institution
• Postgraduate degree in internal medicine and recognized training in medical oncology from o recognized University.
• Registration and Specialist Recognition as a Medical Oncologist by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council.
• Courteous, excellent team player with the ability to get well with o diverse and multicultural workforce
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically as well as to work flexibly and independently with multiple reporting relationships.
