JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Diagnosing, caring and treating diseases;
2. Performing medical and surgical procedures;
3. Preparing and responding to emergencies and disasters;
4. Participating in management of medicines, medical instruments and equipment;
5. Providing health education;
6. Maintaining medical records, health information and data;
7. Counselling patients and their relatives on diagnoses and bereavement;
8. Teaching and coaching medical students, nursing students and clinical officer interns;
9. Preparing requisites documents for registration; and
10. Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements for appointment
1. Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (B.M; Ch.B.) degree from a recognized by Medical Practitioners and Dentist Board;
2. Successfully completed one (1) year Internship from a recognized institution; and
3. Certificate in computer application skills from a recognized institution.

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
