The Business Development Executive will be required to identify new business opportunities in the market. The Job holder will need to be a top performer with a track record of exceeding sales targets and has ability to build strong business relationships with key decision makers. She/he will generate leads for new business, build the sales pipeline, close the deal and support the client through excellent after sales support.
Roles and responsibilities • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Build and manage the sales funnel with the primary responsibility to find and close new sales prospects.
• Perform in-depth client / prospect needs analysis resulting in full solutions proposals
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Establish and nurture professional business relationships with corporate clients.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or another related field.
• More than 2 years of experience in selling HR products in a HR Consultancy company.
• The candidate must have familiarized with selling HR services and in the current or previous position.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Credit Officer job at Workforce Africa JOB DETAILS: Credit Officer
Job summary Our client a leading micro finance organization in Nairobi is looking to hire a reliable and a qualified candidate to fill in the Credit officer position
Roles and responsibilities • Meeting with clients interested in taking out a loan and providing them with the necessary information to start the loan application process.
• Collecting the needed financial documentation and assessing the clients' creditworthiness.
• Calculating and analyzing the risk ratios of clients based on their credit score and financial history.
• Analyze and verify applicant’s financial status, personal and business information to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Ensure efficient and prompt recovery of loans disbursed and interest accrued.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers who have delinquent loans.
• Maintain clear customer records, recording times and dates that contact has been made and noting information that customers have received about the organization’s products.
• Supply the business with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analysing and summarizing account information
• Maintain and reconcile bank accounts on regular basis.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, economics, statistics, business administration, accounting or any other related field.
• More than 2 years in the relationship officer in a MFIs would be the most favorable.
• Must have had experience in a micro finance setup dealing with Logbook loans
• Must be fully aware of the Loan process of a Logbook Loan

Roles and responsibilities • Meeting with clients interested in taking out a loan and providing them with the necessary information to start the loan application process.
• Develop and maintain relationship with business owners, individuals, corporate executives and influential personnel with client.
• Administer all clients’ queries on financial issues, manage effective resolution of all customer complaints.
• Improving visibility and brand image of the company.
• Directly selling and promoting company products to the assigned markets using mobile phones and sms.
• Acquisition & customer portfolio management
• Marketing products and services on a daily basis to prospective customers
