What will you be doing:
1. Work closely with Laundry team to provide friendly and courteous service in the department to the customers in accordance with departmental standards with taking a lead in service delivery.
2. Ensure all operating procedures are adhered while using all equipment and machinery
3. Neatly fold items that are free from stains, dirt, dampness, tears, and creases as per set standards.
4. Ensures customers’ instructions are strictly fulfilled, taking extra care to timeliness of collection or delivery
 

5. Arrange all flatwork which is free from dirt and stains for ironing at the calendar ironer.
6. Exercise initiative and independent judgment in the performance of assigned tasks
7. Performs any other duty as assigned your supervisor or management
8. Conduct daily briefing with laundry and linen attendant, issue all information related with hotel operational

Your experience and skills include:
1. Minimum one (1) year experience in a similar role ideally within a luxury hotel
2. Certificate or Diploma in background in Housekeeping
 

3. Knowledge and capability in operating and maintaining laundry equipment and machinery
4. Good knowledge and experience in maintaining material and fabric.
5. Good written and excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
6. A passion for high quality guest service with attention to details and ability to multitask
 

7. A positive attitude and a desire to lead, train and inspire the Housekeeping team
8. Highly responsible and able to work independently with little supervision and also able to follow directions thoroughly

What will you be doing:

1. Ensure the optimum and smooth running of the boiler and heating system available.
2. Maintain and supervise heating systems operations, with special responsibility for emergency service, maintenance of equipment, and installation.
3. Troubleshoot, supervise, and, or make repairs on gas and fuel pressure lines, boilers, heaters, pumps, compressors, motors, controllers, reducing station, heat exchangers.
 

4. Schedule and supervise external contractors hired for work related to heating systems.
5. Spearhead boiler work such as tube, header and brickwork, casing work and flue work.
6. Ensure proper installation of the heating system equipment
7. Ensure timely ordering of oil and gas for equipment
8. Work closely with the department to perform other related duties as assigned.

Your experience and skills include:
1. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the repair and maintenance of boilers and steam systems.
2. Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering
 

3. Having certificate in training on Boilers, Steam Systems and other fuel fired equipment is an added advantage.
4. Knowledge of heating systems, boiler and other related power equipment, boiler chemistry and water testing procedures, and boiler codes and safety standards.
5. Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform duties and responsibilities of this job.
6. Strong guest and service orientation
7. Ability to work in a team and good leadership skills

2. Work closely with the operational team to ensure the banquets Event orders are created and keenly executed
3. Display leadership, training and mentorship to the banqueting team
4. Ensure address guests priorities and respond professionally offering solutions
 

5. Ensure timely setup of events, meeting conferences, ensure seamless collaboration with culinary and stewarding team.
6. Assist to plan and ensure all event operations are up to the Fairmont standards.
7. Allocate tasks, supervise and inspect the entirety of all events from set-up, service, clearing and clean-up.
8. Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
