JOB DETAILS:
The Marketing and Communication Associate will be responsible for developing and implementation of the organization's strategic and communications plans. The job holder will provide oversight of the organization's efforts related to design, tone, quality control, and organizational branding.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development of branding and knowledge products
• Lead the coordination of KIFFWA’s presence at national and international events and forums
• Support internal communication processes and monitor consistency in communication products
• Lead and co-realize external communication activities

Job Qualifications
• At least a bachelor’s degree in Development, Marketing and Communications or Public Relations.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant and documented working experience in marketing and communication.
• Working experience in an international business environment and/or development organization is key.
• Fundraising experience, including the organisation of events and the creation of funder marketing materials (teasers, investor presentations, Information Memorandums, etc.).
• Experience of running social media campaigns.
• Experience of using software to make websites (e.g., WordPress), visualisation of data (e.g., infographics) and/or video editing will be considered a strong advantage.
• Proven understanding of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) especially those related to water and climate change.
