JOB DETAILS:
Businessclaud is hiring Team Leaders who will take up the responsibility of hiring a team of aggressive and self-driven Sales and Marketing Specialists;
1. You will be required to recruit Sales &Marketing specialists whose role is to sign Up businesses that would like to sell online. The goal is to make sure you are getting clients to signUp at Businessclaud.
2. You will be responsible for monitoring and exerting pressure on the Sales & Marketing specialists with the purpose of making sure we get tangible results.
3. You will follow up to make sure Sales and marketing people working under the stated contract have been paid as required in the contract, either the commission or the salary
4. You will be required to report directly to HR, or one in charge of marketing if need be.
5. You will need to recruit Sales & Marketing specialists which means you have to take them through a short interview and ensure that you have trained them fully in this case we mean give them all necessary information that they may need to deliver their mandate.
6. Within the 30 days we are testing for:
1. Your ability to work online and effectively manage a big team
2. Ability to work without any supervision
3. Your experience Versus Results- your output at the end of the day

Requirements
1. Background in Sales and Marketing
2. Good leadership skills
3. Proven sales track record

5. Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
