  Job Responsibilities:
• Develop marketing and communication strategies to achieve maximum reach through awareness and simple education methods communicating new product developments to prospective clients from end to end.
• Identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators and building effective communication
• Oversee creation of point of sales marketing collaterals
• Responsible for sourcing new business using innovative and creative marketing practices within the regulatory guidelines and understanding
• Plan and implement sales, advertising, and marketing strategies to best maximize reach and revenue goals.
• Oversee creation of marketing materials with distributor/vendors
• Plan and execute a wide variety of events, conferences and other customer interactions
• Work with local communications resources to broadcast and promote the company's MFS agent network brand and product story.
• Research MFS opportunities and advice on which ones need to be pursued further for inclusion in to the Company's Strategy Road Map.
• Presents to prospects and pitches for target client for increased business growth
• Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes salable features.

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other business relevant field (or equivalent) MBA preferred.
• 3 - 5 years plus hands on experience in Business Development in a highly competitive commercial environment, MFS experience preferred.
• Have strong business/financial acumen with experience developing metrics and pricing and compensation programs.
• Relevant post graduate diploma or degree, Marketing/commercial focus preferred o Fluent in English
