JOB DETAILS:
Manager Quality

The Quality Manager’s responsibilities include designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions. You will also work with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures.

Key Duties
• Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan or Programme and ensuring incorporated materials on construction projects comply with the plans and specifications for multiple projects.
• Feedback to PMO on all quality issues on a daily basis. Coordinate within the project team to enable efficient implementation of work execution between all package contractors.
• Conduct Quality inspections, audits and implement recommendations.
• Alert the Project Manager where necessary on deviations seen/foreseen at the site in order to ensure resolution in time. Reporting to Team Leader, Project Manager within the team on regular basis.
• Prepare and Maintain related documentation, ISO audits, Third party inspection, Calibration lab, Work as Quality representative of the company etc.
• Inspection & approval on stage passes with all QA documents as per specification.
• Regular material inspection at contractor’s laboratory to meet the requirement as per standards and specifications.
• Review of daily reports, monthly quality reports and assure the frequency of tests conducted as per the approved ITP and specification.
• Carry out surveillance inspection of ongoing construction work at various locations in the project
• Conduct Quality inspections, audits and implement recommendations.
• Conducting meetings bi-weekly basis with all stakeholders and circulating the MOM within 24 Hours.
• Maintaining Project Quality Photographs on daily basis and circulating within the team.
• Establish and issue Non-Confirmatory Reports to executing agency if any deviation is observed and further opt compliances within the stipulated period.
• Keep a vigil on the project site and adherence the standard engineering practices and quality protocols and ensure.
• Training Engineers on best practices.

• Holds BE/B. Tech or Diploma in Civil from a recognized university Significant experience in a similar capacity.
