Airtel Kenya wishes to recruit a Manager, Eco System Build within Airtel Money Department. The main purpose of the role is to identify potential Airtel money products and services through market research,
generate the requirements, determine the specifications, pricing and the go-to market planning for the assigned new or updated solutions.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Airtel Money Director, the
incumbent’s role will include but not limited to;
• Execute the agreed Airtel Money product road map
• Define product policies and pricing strategies for new developed solutions for Airtel money solutions
• Identify opportunities for innovating new or enhancing current existing Airtel Money products and services by reviewing their specifications and requirements
• Lead the end to end project management of new integrations including business case approval user acceptance testing while providing technical and thought leadership through the various stages of the new solution or effected change life cycle
• Undertake post launch review to assess actual market uptake against the anticipated forecast
• Lead commercial negotiations with third parties involved in product provision
• Track and analyse current metrics to industry related benchmarks to identify risks and opportunities both in the short and long term
• Monitor impact of product features on key metrics, manage Airtel money solution related support feedback and inquiries from users
• Build awareness and understanding of Airtel money solutions across the company.
