JOB DETAILS:
Under the supervision of the owner of the AICS office in Mogadishu, the candidate will have to perform the following functions, in relation to the initiatives and subjects of his / her competence:

Roles and Duties
• Prepares administrative documents;
• It takes care of fiscal and fiscal obligations;
• Management of relations with the financial system (banks);
• Draw up reports;
• Provides support for the tender documentation relating to procurement procedures for goods, services and supplies of which the headquarters is the contracting authority (PRAG procedures);
• It guarantees a timely updating of the accounting of the programs and initiatives in place;
• Checks the financial plans, administration and management of the funds relating to the cooperation initiatives in direct management of the headquarters;
• Where required, it supports the Head of Office in the preparation of the consultative document of the Headquarters and in the supervision of local staff with administrative duties;
• Collaborates, for the aspects of competence, in the preparation of any changes to the operational plans;
• Management of contracts from an administrative point of view;
• It carries out any other activity identified by the Owner of a foreign office or by the Team Leader coordinating the sector.
