JOB DETAILS:
Our client is a leading supplier of Electronics and home appliances. They seek to hire a line supervisor who will be in charge of production and the assembling of TVs and other electronics. .

Line Supervisor Roles & Responsibilities:
• Ensure high quality production of television and speaker
• Quality control of the assembled units
• Enhance productivity and ensure that workers adhere to production schedules and quotas.
• An assembly supervisor may develop training materials and manuals and periodically check back with newer employees to make sure they understand processes and are performing their expected duties.
• monitor workplace safety and strive to prevent injuries and accidents.
• Utilize a safety checklist or reporting tools to conduct periodic inspections of materials and personnel
• Devise improved processes for reporting and resolving potential hazards, and prepare safety reports for plant managers.
• managing scheduling for assembly plant settings with rotating shifts

Line Supervisor Skills and Qualifications:
• Diploma in electrical or electronic engineering, or any other related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an TV/Electronics technician and at least One (1) year as a supervisor.
• Sound understanding all technical aspects of television sets and ability to appropriately handle assembly tools.
• Mature, healthy with excellent eyesight.
• Punctual with a good attendance record.
• Ability to multi-task, willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
• Free of any criminal record.
