JOB DETAILS:
Licensing Officer I

Duties and Responsibilities:-
1. Responsible for register revenue sources in the sub county
2. Ensure all monies are banked in the revenue account
3. Maintain all registers assigned in the sub county.
4. Ensure all accountable items are surrendered.
5. Performs collection follow ups through telephone or visit the client as the need arises.
6. Sends reminder or demand letters for those delinquent accounts
7. Mainly responsible for the proper assessment and prompt collection for Single business permits in the sub county
8. Any other duties assigned by the Sub County Revenue Officer

Requirements for Appointment:-
1. Bachelor degree in any business related field
2. Diploma in business related course
3. Served in the grade of Licensing Officer II or in a comparable and relevant position in the public service for a minimum period of three (3) years
