JOB DETAILS:
Librarian Assistant III- CPSB 11 (3 Posts)

Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the senior officer, the duties at this level will include:
• Preparation of materials for binding shelf arrangements
• Provision of reference services to readers
• Filing of catalogue cards and press cuttings
• Charging and discharging library materials.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor.

Requirements for Appointment
For direct appointment to this grade, a candidate must have-:
• Diploma in Library Studies or Information Science/Studies or any other recognized equivalent qualification from a recognized institution with atleast one (1) year relevant experience
• Proficiency in Computer applications skills from a recognized institution.
