JOB DETAILS:
Roles Responsibilities
Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities;
• Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities;
• Assess and analyse a prospects current process and requirements;
• Provide engaging and articulate information about company’s value proposition to potential customers.
• Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in CRM system.
• Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing and webinars to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship
• Work closely within a small sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues;
• Provide accurate and timely information as required to project managers, the delivery team and senior management;
• Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, SEO optimization;
• Develop a strong knowledge of company products and services in order to facilitate the sales process;
• Understand how the benefits of the products and services can meet customer’s needs in various business verticals
• Carry out in-dept research about potential clients that can adopt the company’s offerings
• Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company solutions
• Carry out online demos for the proposed systems
• Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
• Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company solutions
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to client inquiries on email and phone.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of our solutions to make suitable recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
• Continually meet and exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
• Prepare weekly / monthly and quarterly reports on the reach
• Update the CRM system on regular basis with the latest findings
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
• Must have 2 years of proven experience working as a BDE/Lead Generation/Telesales executive.
• Should have virtual B2B experience
• The ability to follow scripts.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional customer service skills and Communication skills.
