JOB DETAILS:

Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based Laravel applications both front end and back end.
• Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the rest of the team in writing cross-platform APIs for the different applications.
• Support existing Laravel & VueJs Applications and build unto them.
• Attend review meetings with clients to review progress and action plans.
• Quality assurance and testing
• Coordinate with the rest of the team and keep the project manager well informed of the status of all tasks allocated.

The Ideal Candidate
• At least 3 Years Experience in object-oriented PHP programming at an intermediate level
• At least 2 Years Experience in front-end web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, Vue,JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, Element UI etc
• At least 2 Years Experience working with MVC design patterns
• At least 2 Years Experience with the Laravel framework
• At least 3 Years Experience with SQL and optimizing queries
• Experience with GIT version control
• Experience with tools such as Yarn, Composer, Npm, etc
• Experience with developing RESTful APIs
• Experience with third-party API integrations
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Educational background: Computer Science, Software Engineering, BBIT or an equivalent (Degree is not a must) Soft Skills
• Integrity - Always does the right thing even when no one is watching
• Responsible - Can be relied upon to deliver when it matters
• Accountable - Take ownership and responsibility of their tasks
• Innovative - Keeps abreast of new technologies and keeps improving their skillset
