JOB DETAILS:
  Lionbridge Technologies is looking for Language Specialists (Reviewers), professional translators who will work remotely to oversee testing and quality assurance in their language pair.
Language pairs – Gusii – English; English- Kalenjin.

  Job Responsibilities:
• Translator Testing – Create tests for potential translators and review test submissions from new translators eager to join us;
• Quality Assurance – Conduct regular quality reviews using our proprietary quality assurance mechanism;
• Performance Reviews – Assessing translator performance and providing constructive feedback.

Job Skills:
• Experience assessing skills and providing written feedback.

Job Qualifications:
• Native in the target language you are applying for;
• Professional translator with at least 3 years of experience or an excellent track record;
• Comfortable with technology and able to quickly master new tools;
• Attentive to detail, able to follow instructions and change direction quickly, when needed;
• Responsive to emails – replying requests within 24 hours at most.
