Department of Lands , Energy, Housing, Physical planning and Urban Development

2. Land Valuer {lob Group K) 1 Post REF:CG/KLF/CPSB/ADVERT/4/1/2022

Duties and Responsibilities
• Preparing routine and upon request reports in valuation and property matters
• Managing all land property belonging to the County
• Valuating private land for purposes of rating
• Preparing land compensation reports for the County
• Maintaining the valuation roll of the County
• Performing any other function as directed

Requirement for appointment
For appointment to this grade, an officer must;
• Have a Bachelor's degree in Land Economics, Real Estate, Properties Studies or any other equivalent qualification for a recognized institution
• Have membership with Jnstitute of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK)

Terms of service: Permanent and Pensionable
Salary Scale: Ksh. 38,270 - 51,170 p.m.
Other Allowances:As per guidelines issued by the Salaries and Remuneration Commission
