JOB DETAILS:
Laboratory Technician - Centre for Geographic Medicine Research - Coast Kilifi

Job Description
This is the entry and training grade in this cadre. An officer at this level will work underguidance and supervision of a senior officer.

Key Responsibilities:
• Take history from patients Carry out clinical services and procedures
• Document all aspects of patient care and maintain accurate and complete medical records
• Collect, prepare and store research samples and specimen;
• Filling case report forms;
• Data Collection and involvement in field activities;

Vacancy Requirements:
• Diploma in clinical medicine;
• Membership to a relevant professional body;
• Proficiency in computer application skills; and
• Communication and reporting skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Team player
