Overview of the role:
Fuzu is seeking a Country Director to oversee Kenya's business operations and shape our strategic plan for growth. As a crucial member of our senior management team, the Kenya Country Director will help scale the Business Development, Account Excellence, Content and B2C Customer Experience. This role has the potential to be the global Chief Operating Officer .
Responsibilities
• Support the Head of BD to scale and drive fast-growth in the Kenya B2B sales engine
• Support the B2B Account Excellence team to ensure we provide a superior experience and maximize on the lifetime value of every client
• Help build the B2C Customer Success function to ensure we are able to truly prepare users for success
• Work with the Job Content Team Lead to implement processes to ensure all jobs on Fuzu are authentic
• Act as the People Culture Lead for the Kenya Team to ensure internal NPS of 50

Skills and Qualifications
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in consulting/social impact across multiple functions with demonstrated experience managing diverse teams
• Proven track record of scaling a B2B or e-commerce business
• Proven success in business development and delivering growth
• High growth/emerging market/start-up experience is an additional advantage
• Global working experience will be an added advantage
