JOB DETAILS:
Overall Responsibilities:
• Management of inquiries.
• Ensure that all agent and client enquiries are responded to fully on the same day of receipt.
• Prepare well laid out itineraries and quotes.
• Issue all necessary vouchers and purchase orders to secure services and service options upon confirmation by service providers.
• Take ownership of bookings to ensure that highest quality of customer care is delivered to all clients.
• Solve, or assist in solving problems of whatever nature, for the benefit of the Traveler.
• Develop leisure and tour packages as required.

.Required Skills and Competencies:
• Background education in travel and tours.
• At least 2 - 3 years proved professional experience in a similar position.
• In-depth knowledge of both domestic and international destinations.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Independent decision maker.
• A flexible approach to work with a high degree of accuracy.
• The ability to work well under pressure and cope with emergencies.
• Multitasking and team work skills.
• High quality presentation and report writing skills

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
