JOB DETAILS:
Working remotely has challenges like you may choose to concentrate on other things and that is why we have strict targets for this team leader position. This is a management role and you need to make sure atleast 5 sales and marketing personnel out of the 55 you have, have hit their monthly targets. Refer to the contract you signed or about to sign. Commissions are also paid based on consistency in recruitment Which means without consistency the 7.5% commissions might not be given.
Transport allowances, internet and airtime worth credit will be given based on your results/ performance.

Qualification
• You will be recquired to get more than 55 Sales & Marketing specialists whose role is to sign Up businesses that would like to sell online.
• We don't pay for recruitments, check the contract you signed to see salary and how commissions are paid. We pay for getting the job done as per the stated targets.
• The goal is to make sure you are getting clients to signUp at Businessclaud. Minimum salary for Junior team leaders is set at 25,000 although there are those that deserve 200,000 and above. Salary depends on value proposition and is negotiable whether its a marketing position, Junior team leader or Senior team leader.
• After the first month you or anyone else is free to negotiate for salary but based on the nature of recruitment, everyone has one month probation period within which they are able to prove themselves.
• You have to make sure you you get atleast 5 Sales & Marketing specialists out of the 55 hitting their targets this means you need more than 55 Sales & Marketing specialists.
• You will be responsible for monitoring and exerting pressure on the Sales & Marketing specialists with the purpose of making sure we get tangible results.
• You will follow up to make sure Sales and marketing people working under the stated contract have been paid as required in the contract, either the commission or the salary
• You will be required to report directly to HR, or one in charge of marketing if need be.
• You will need to recruit Sales & Marketing specialists which means you have to take them through a short interview and ensure that you have trained them fully in this case we mean give them all necessary information that they may need to deliver their mandate.
