JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a junior sales representative who is enthusiastic, outgoing, and ambitious sales or marketing professional to join our company sales team in Nairobi. This is a junior sales position designed for fast-moving growth into a lucrative outside Sales position within our organization. Identisys Ltd is a security technology company that provides a wide range of solutions including, CCTV, Access Control and Card Printing solutions. We have nearly 27 years combined experience in the card solutions and identification market. We are a leading solution provider in the industry. We are looking for a junior sales representative who is enthusiastic, outgoing, and ambitious sales or marketing professional to join our company sales team in Nairobi. This is a junior sales position designed for fast-moving growth into a lucrative outside Sales position within our organization. You will be responsible for relationship building reaching out to our existing and potential customer base. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be trained and mentored by a supportive team while learning about our products and services.   Job Responsibilities:
• Contribute and meet the set department sales targets
• Collect data and build a leads database for both potential and existing clients.
• Organize and conduct conduct site surveys, client meetings, cold calling, generate quotations and proposals and presentations
• Keep Management informed by submitting activity on a daily basis
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge up to date by attending exhibitions
• Follow up on sales leads of potential and existing clients in a professional and timely manner
• Must be able to build relationships with both potential and existing clients

  Job Qualifications:
• Advanced academic degree with a Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or marketing or a related field
• Experience in customer-client relations and ability to work with minimal supervision, meet strict deadlines and achieve results.
• Good organizing and planning skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving
• Experienced team player that works together with the sales team to achieve company goals and meet targets
• Good communication skills with the ability to negotiate and make key decisions on the ground that are beneficial the company and client
• Technical background in CCTV, Access Control with ID Card printing solution will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, data entry, data analysis with good analytical skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
