JOB DETAILS:
Junior Consultant

Responsibilities
• To support our financial consulting work, FACS is looking for a full-time Junior Consultant with a strong financial background who can support both our advisory business.

• Assist in the proposal writing process, project implementation support and stakeholder management activities.
• Conduct project research, value chain analyses and design financial structures and financial inclusion solutions for clients.
• Join industry events, webinars and develop a relevant business contact network for FACS in Africa

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or any other related field
• 2-3 years of work experience in international business, banking, financial consulting, investment or financial analysis
• Work experience in Africa and experience with project and stakeholder management
• Experience with agrifinance and fintech strongly preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Teamplayer with excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
• Flexible, energetic, hands-on and self-motivated
• Willingness to travel
• Sound academic writing experience preferred
