Web Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining.
  • Using scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications and digital media.
  • Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
  • Directing or performing Website updates.
  • Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
  • Editing, writing, or designing Website content, and directing team members who produce content.
  • Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices through education, study, and participation in conferences, workshops, and groups.
  • Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery.
  • Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing, and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
  • Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
  • Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor degree in Web development or related field, or relevant experience
  • Solid experience in PHP/Python/Go
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Proficient in My SQL
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid ability in both written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of programming language and technical terminology
  • Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them
  • High degree of independent judgment
  • Able to solve complex problems

Creative Lead

The Creative Lead will shoot, edit, convert and upload content to appropriate websites, and create several clips. The Videographer/Photographer will also assist with writing titles, descriptions, closed captioning, and tags for photos and videos.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating visuals required for all social media marketing material; Appealing and professional photographs and videos that will be used for Social Media Ads and Banner Ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,)
  • Setup and capture great shots to fulfil the brief. (including photography & video both assignments plus basic lightning and optimal audio capture.
  • Basic Editing Photos and video projects using Photoshop & Adobe Premiere.
  • Media Management & Archiving of completed Jobs.
  • Choosing and setting up locations.
  • Experience in Camera Operation, DSLR & Digital Video Camera, Sound Equipment, Lightning Equipment & the Overall Production Process is essential.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and ability to work independently.
  • Work well under pressure to meet deadlines, including working out of office hours and on weekends during peak cycle.
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
  • Setting up photographic/Video equipment.
  • Up to date with industry leading software, equipment and technologies.
  • Professionalism regarding time and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Safe work practices, particularly lightning and manual handling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Media or related field
  • 3 year’s relevant experience
  • Good communication skills. Should be able to create basic content for photos and videos
  • Strong at multi-tasking and time management
  • Decent animation and illustration skills
  • Filming, Photo/Video editing skills
  • Must be multi-skilled, highly competent person who is flexible and knowledgeable enough to play different roles as circumstances require
