Responsibilities

• Champion development and Implementation of a comprehensive and innovate strategy for the land business unit.
• Deliver negotiated land unit returs as per BoardRisk Appetite guidelines and Investment Policy.
• Stakeholders management in land investment investment.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

• Undergraduate Degree in either Building Economics,Land Economics,Project managements or any related field.
• A post graduate degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
• MUST be registered with a relevant professional bodies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall technology infrastructure (Collocated Servers, Cloud Webserver and their Networks).
• Maintaining data integrity,security and acess-monitoring user acess,developing and 
• maintaining system security in line with standards and ensuring compliance to all standards.
• Management of ICT vendor services.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc.(Computer Science,Information Technology or related field),
• Knowledge of Operation of ERP software,database system,Software development and Networking techniques.
• To be in possession of either of the following:CCNA/LINUX/LAN/WAN/CISSA/C[+] and MCSE Certification.

Duties

• Develop and implement high visible digital lead generation campaigns.
• Develop digital analytic for campaign measurements.
• Develop and execute campaigns and tactical promotions across paid and organic channels i.e. 
• Facebook,Instagram,Twitter,LinkedIn & Youtube.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

• Minimum of 3years experience in digital and social media management. 
• Advanced diploma or degree preferably in communication and marketing or related field.
• Familarity with graphics design best practices for graphics and video content for digital 
• platforms (Youtube,Facebook,Twitter,Istagram and LinkedIn).
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for web platforms.
