QSSK-TCB-FT-Forklift Technician

Key duties will include but not be limited to the following.

  • Respond quickly to all forklift/ moving machinery service requests and efficiently repair forklift/ moving machinery systems
  • Work rapidly without compromising quality to minimize downtimes
  • Communicate estimated timelines for repairs to those impacted
  • Conduct tests and assessments of new spares/systems and repairs to ensure quality
  • Committed to always complying with the safety standards and regulations
  • Perform preventive maintenance to stay ahead of potential issues
  • Troubleshoot all problems effectively, performing quality, lasting repairs
  • Log all services and report progress to management
  • Always seek the solution that is most cost-effective without compromising quality
  • Assess systems and suggest modifications to prevent future issues
  • Maintain all equipment in excellent working order
  • Ensure any spares required are requested in good time
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisors

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Craft certificate grade ii in automotive engineering. A diploma will be an added advantage
  • 4 years+ proven experience in repair, service & handling of forklifts and other moving equipment
  • Valid driving license with forklift endorsement
  • Great troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
  • Experience in service & repair of hydraulic systems
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Well-organized and self-driven

 

QSSK-CT-DER-Director of Enrolment & Retention Services

The key responsibilities for the Director E&RS include:

  • Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the Company's operations.
  • Continual investigation and introduction of process improvement measures and presentation of suggestions for consideration through execution.
  • Development of policies and procedures to ensure optimization and compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Development of effective processes and management of the call center to ensure student satisfaction, improved call efficiency, program selling and conversions, low abandonment, increased revenue through promotional programs, and improved employee product knowledge and training – coaching and development are key.
  • Implementation of improved processes and management methods to generate higher productivity, workflow optimization, and ROI.
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills to develop and recruit key talent enabling the call center to deploy best-in-industry scalable processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Cooperative and regular interaction with the executive team and individual department heads to ensure the call center’s priorities are aligned with the strategic direction of the company.
  • Partnering with the executive management of the IT and Partner Support Services Departments to ensure that all systems are continuously evaluated for proper operation, reliability, relevance, and utilization.
  • Partnering with the Marketing Director to ensure enrolment metrics are achieved in an atmosphere of integrated marketing.
  • Management of vendor relations and leadership in negotiations to ensure product relevance and cost-efficiency.

Academic Qualifications

  • A relevant honors degree
  • A relevant master’s qualification will be advantageous.
