Palletizer/Robo Pack Operator

Job Responsibilities

  • Observes packages moving along conveyor, to identify packages and to detect defective packaging.
  • May keep record of production and equipment performance.
  • Controls automatic palletizing equipment to sort, transfer, and stack on pallets containers of finished products: Reads production and delivery schedules and stacking pattern to determine sorting and transfer procedures, arrangement of packages on pallet, and destination of loaded pallet.
  • Turns selector switch on palletizer to control stacking arrangement of packages on pallet and to transfer loaded pallet to storage or delivery platform.
  • Informs supervisor of equipment malfunction.
  • In addition, you may be required to carry out any other duties within your capacity which the Company may reasonably require.

Qualifications 

  • Diploma in mechanical or electrical.
  • 5-years’ experience electrical mechanical palletizer/robo operation maintenance
  • Experience in dairy/Beverage/Bottling/FMCG industry is an added advantage.

Line Technician 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establish a close working relationship with Maintenance on troubleshooting and machine controls
  • Effectively tear down, set-up, monitor, operate, changeover and clean applicable equipment and provide quality inspections on all related items to include but not limited to weight checks, compliance with product specs
  • Actively participate in Pillar activities
  • Responsible for the work performed and may be required to test, check and certify for service the work performed
  • Inspect job site and equipment to be dismantled, erected or moved
  • Accepts and rejects parts for the department
  • Repair and perform maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment
  • Inspect, test, adjust and repair equipment’s and machines
  • Perform all work in a prompt timely manner, adhering to all attendance reliability policies and procedures.

Qualifications for Line Technician

  • Minimum Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3-5 years’ experience, electrical, mechanical, Instrumentations background, PET line operation

Line Production Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deploying skilled manpower as per production and manpower planning.
  • Ensure machines are operating as per required standards within the required productivity.
  • Check and confirm the safety and setting of equipment’s before and after utilization.
  • Ensure set policies, formulation and procedures are observed during production.
  • Ensure minimum machine breakdown by monitoring the performance of the machine operators/attendants.
  • Ensure maximum production output is achieved per shift in order to achieve the set targets.
  • Ensure high quality products with minimum wastage.
  • Maintain correct recording of production data.
  • Ensure cleaning of both machine and working environment.
  • Ensure proper handing over of shift employees should not leave their place of work until properly relieved.
  • Ensure employees adhere to health and safety procedures while operating machines.
  • Ensure personal hygiene of employees is observed without compromise.
  • Ensure waste generation is controlled and re-used/consumed.
  • Record and account for production, daily attendance and time spent on machine repair/servicing.

Qualifications for Line Supervisor

  • Minimum Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3-5 years’ experience, electrical, mechanical, Instrumentations background, PET line operation
  • Knowledgeable on the quality of production products
  • Achievement of set production targets
  • Minimize wastage of materials
  • Account for manpower

Operator- Labeler

Job Responsibilities

  • Operates label machine to adhere label(s) to product according to instructions by regulating machine components as needed and making adjustments as necessary to ensure quality.
  • Enters required product code information into the system to print on label as needed.
  • Performs quality checks at required intervals throughout shift (i.e., correct product, label, label application, and case/tray print).
  • Retains label from each bundle and records label number(s) in order run for Quality assurance purposes.
  • Any other duties as assigned by your superior.

Qualifications 

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, electrical, mechanical background, KRONES/SLeever operation and maintenance
  • Experience in food/beverage/bottling/ dairy/FCMG industry is an added advantage.

Filler Operator

Job Description

We are recruiting a Filler Operator for the Dairy Industry.

Filler Operator Job Responsibilities

  • Clean, set-up, operate and monitor equipment of the production line
  • Monitor weights, seals, caps, and general packaging of product.
  • Make adjustments to Filler timing and filling, & check mat as needed
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties
  • Collect required samples needed for Quality Assurance testing
  • Ensure that the proper packaging materials are used for each product being produced.
  • Ability to perform filler and filler line changeovers in a safe and efficient matter
  • Complete cleaning checklist once line has completed run.
  • Prepare equipment for next run to include size changes as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area.
  • Responsible for adhering to food safety and quality system requirements by committing to meet all pertinent regulatory, customer and SQF requirements.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  • Learn and adhere to safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Follow all sanitation and quality policies and procedures, and report any deficiencies.
  • Clean Production filling equipment in the filler room

Qualifications for the Filler Operator Job

  • Must have experience in operating & Maintenance fillers.
  • Must have experience of 5 Years in a Juice & Beverage Company.
  • 5 years’ experience, electrical, mechanical background, PET operation and maintenance
