Communications & Employee Engagement Specialist

Roles & Responsilities:

  • Lead the communications community in Africa to ensure that pertinent information is relayed to appropriate employee groups
  • Develop and deliver the annual internal communications and employee engagement plan
  • Ensure that all employee communication is standardized, appropriately translated and contributes to enhancing the company image
  • Modernize, standardize and/or update communication channels and strategies including press releases, noticeboards, newsletters, presentation templates, letterheads, the intranet, LinkedIn and all social media platforms to enhance the employer brand and employee experience
  • Develop and maintain productive and collaborative partnerships with communication agencies in order to create high quality, high impact, engaging, business building and employee engagement communication
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to keep tabs of company-wide developments and strengthen the company’s reputation
  • Coordinate and support employee engagement events in the region, collate and building visibility around the same
  • Train the HR and communications community on minimum acceptable communications standards
  • Develop contact point plans based on when and where target employees will be most impacted
  • Support employer branding, responsible business, public relations and M&A initiatives
  • Act as the central point for key HR Admin processes for the Region (including shared drive disciplines, standard forms & standard processes)
  • Develop the communications approach, materials and campaigns to support companywide employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, processes and projects for Africa to ensure a consistent look & feel
  • Coordinate Employee Experience and HR Customer Satisfaction Surveys, rollout results and follow up on action plans
  • Create relevant and memorable employee engagement experiences in a way that contributes to Responsible Business
  • Perform temperature checks, identify and monitor employee engagement issues, which influence perceptions
  • Mobilise internal and external networks to manage and mitigate ‘issues’

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in communications, journalism, social and behavioural sciences, 
  • 7+ Years experience in PR and coporate communications with at least 3 years at a senior management role.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, Amharic and/or French
  • Project Management qualifications are desirable
  • Skilled in IT, e-communications and online publishing tools
  • Strong Public Relations agency, Corporate Affairs Desk or Internal Communications experience
  • Internal communications leadership in large companies or experience as a specialist in regional internal communications positions.
  • Strong ability to network, influence, negotiate and inspire others
  • Does what it takes to realize agreed objectives in an efficient way
  • Articulates clear inspiring vision, builds trust and motivates cross-functional teams
  • Experience of managing community projects
  • Crisis management and change management experience desirable

 

Sales Lead - ICT Products and Services

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets in line with the set-up guidelines to ensure profitability
  • Build a deep understanding of your region’s key metrics,performance, challenges, and areas for growth
  • Build a healthy sales pipeline across our various customer verticals in line with the sales target across the all our solutions portfolio to ensure and manage closing of deals
  • Provide revenue forecasts in line with the business pipeline and targets set to ensure revenue realization
  • Identify clients’ needs and review their requirements in order to sell tailored solutions to increase hit rate
  • Manage existing accounts and expand client base by setting up meetings and calling decision makers to increase loyalty and generate repeat business
  • Implement relevant strategiesto drive sales growth and market share

Technical Support Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for wifi systems, digital signage systems, CCTV, IPTV, and nurse call systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests for assistance
  • Monitor and maintain system performance
  • Identify and recommend system improvements
  • Provide training to customers on the use of these systems
  • Document technical issues and resolutions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, specifically in wifi systems, digital signage,systems, CCTV, IPTV, and nurse call systems

Warehouse Supervisor -Parts

Job Summary

To Manage inventory and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. The candidate will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and dispatch of a wide variety of products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, and distribution of inventory 
  • Responsible for overall inventory management in the warehouses
  • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
  • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization to the required standards
  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, & security while complying with OSHA duties and regulations
  • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
  • Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)

  • Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in the Automotive industry
  • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices

  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Service Manager - Aftersales Market

Job Summary

Plans and coordinates service activity to meet customer requirements and to maximise utilisation and profitability of the service department.

Roles& Responsibilities:

  • Administer the warranty policy in the best interests of the customer, dealership and manufacturer
  • Analyze current procedures and identifies opportunities to enhance facilities and improve the customer experience while maximizing profitability and quality of workmanship
  • Assist the Dealer Principal to formulate service strategy and policy
  • Create and initiates service marketing plans, initiates and implements advertising and promotional activities
  • Develop the technical skills and workmanship of the team to continually improve the quality of customer service and satisfaction
  • Ensure all administration is completed accurately and on time, reviews administrative procedures and reporting systems to identify and implement improvements
