Marketing Executive Team Leader - Kitale & Mombasa

PURPOSE

Promote and maintain high quality customer relations and grow revenues from CIC’s domain markets and the general commercial market.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain the required number of productive Marketing Executives as determined for each location by
  • Continuous recruitment of qualified Marketing Executives as per official procedure.
  • Providing continuous training to maintain appropriate skill, product knowledge, personal and professional development.
  • Facilitating Compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring attainment of the individual and team targets on a monthly basis.
  • Performance review to maintain high performance and balance on all attributes
  • Providing support to Company market and stakeholder initiatives.

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Experience

  • Up to three (3) years’ relevant experience

Assistant Manager - Care Service Management

PURPOSE:

Responsible for coordinating care management activities for effective and efficiency service delivery to our customers at the service providers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaise with the relevant medical practitioners for any overseas referrals;
  • Coordinates and plans the care management team to ensure prompt service delivery to our customers;
  • Coordinates and plan hospital visits to all clients admitted in the hospitals across the country, to assess the care given against the costs and the appropriateness of the care;
  • Checks that authorization letters have been issued and sent to the hospital as per the agreed rates and promptly;
  • Prepare and compile section reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis and forwards to the management.
  • Review care reports to ensure that the treatment given is within the agreed Medical protocol.
  • Ensure the call centre is manned 24 hours and that we are accessible to the customers and partners.
  • Ensure customer concerns related to care access are reviewed and resolved in a timely and acceptable manner.
  • Ensure the service access turnaround time is within the stipulated Service Level agreement.
  • Ensure daily admissions reports are shared promptly to the relevant stake holders as per spelt out expectations.

GENERIC DUTIES

  • Carry out performance appraisal, coaching and mentoring staff;
  • Resource allocation, staffing and leave approval;
  • Participate in planning and budgeting for the department;
  • Participate in various meeting and committees.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or in a related field

Professional Qualifications

  • Kenya Registered Nursing (KRN) Diploma/Medical Diploma – Required

Experience

  • Minimum of four (4) years’ relevant experience

Skills and Attributes

  • Computer literate in MS Office and other office applications;

Accounts Assistant – Payables

PURPOSE:

Responsible for making and reconciling payments receipting, banking of company funds, reconciliation of daily funds banking and cashbook receipts he is also responsible for supplier account reconciliations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receipting all monies, schedules and cheques received by the customers;
  • To ensure safe custody of daily cash and cheques collection;
  • Preparation of banking slips for handing over to the banking cashier;
  • Posting of manual receipts;
  • Disbursing imprest when called upon; and
  • Keeping safe custody of post-dated cheques and maintain a daily log.
  • Supplier accounts reconciliation
  • Bid bonds, guarantees management and preparing loan reports on the same

 PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any business related field

Professional Qualifications

  • ATC/CPA/ACCA added advantage or part qualification in relevant professional field
