The applicant must enclose the following documents:
1. Copy of Company Registration Certificate.
2. Copy of NCA registration Certificate.
3. Copy of valid NCA practicing certificate.
4. Copies of Valid PIN and VAT Compliance certificate.
5. Company profile with details of works undertaken (in the last 6 months) and the technical staff.
6. Up to date profile of the technical people.
7. Recommendations from at least two referees from the recent assignments. Kindly attach the completion certificates as well.
8. Certified latest bank statement in the name of the bidding company
N/B: JRS reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in part or whole and does not bind itself to accept the LOWEST BIDDER.
