JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose/Mission
Responsible for effective and efficient inventory management of company stocks, order process management, software management and documentation of SC-related processes.
Responsibilities
• Weekly Stock Replenishment/Order Process Management for new stock to EEA K Hubs (Updating excel sheets, developing replenishment plan per hub per week and sharing with HoSC, communication of approved distribution plan with Sales Team and DHL)
• Arranging of Inter-hub stock transfers (Communication and management with hubs, creation of transfer in PAYGEE/Tally)
• Weekly Stock Replenishment/Order Process Management for refurbished stock (Updating excel sheets, developing replenishment plan per hub per week and sharing with HoSC, communication of approved distribution plan with CX Team and DHL)
• Software Management (e.g. PAYGEE, Tally) of Warehouse Inventory during and after stock dispatches (creation of transport in PAYGEE and Tally per Waybill)
• Receipt of items through Reverse Logistics (only keeping PAYGEE & Tally up to date and have all internal EEA K documents signed)
• Receipt of items through Inbound Logistics (entries to PAYGEE and Tally)
• Supporting DHL during Warehouse Transition in stock distribution and inventory control
• Coordination with Tech-Ops of E-Waste Recycling process in the warehouse
• Stock Distribution Reconciliation and POD Management (Supporting Fargo in Waybill reconciliation and product allocation, reviewing and reconciliation of all PODs)
• Stock Reporting to HoSC (Consolidation of DHL and Fargo reports combined with internal data)
• Documentation of SC-related processes, policies and KPIs in internal SLA and keeping them up to date/adjust where necessary
Knowledge and skills
Experience:
• Working experience in inventory management
• Good understanding of warehousing operations
• Proven ability to analyze larger sets of data and strong attention to detail
• Team player
• Self-starter with a passion for EEA Kenya and its mission and Vision
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business field or advanced professional training in inventory management or a related field.
Language(s):
• English fluency
• Kiswahili fluency
Technology:
• Computer Literate.
