Minimum Requirements for the Insurance Sales Advisors Job

•  Must be 23 years and above.
  
•  KCSE Minimum Grade of C-.
  
•  Prior working experience in financial services, educational institutions, Telcos and Retail is desirable.
  
•  A Diploma holder in any business related course would be an added advantage.
  
•  Mature, confident, articulate and with high entrepreneurial drive and a strong will to succeed.
  
•  Results oriented with ability to work under strict deadlines and meet set target. .
  
•  Passionate in making a difference in people’s lives.
  
•  Presentable, integrity, good communicator, strong customer relationship skills.
