JOB DETAILS:
Job Objective/Purpose
To provide the endpoint and end-user support, training, and maintenance
Key Responsibilities
• System administration by carrying out endpoint management.
• Support deployment of IT technologies to end-users
• Be a first point of contact for staff queries on IT related issues
• Enforce robust IT policies, standards, and audits aimed at maximizing effectiveness, minimizing costs
• Review and advise on all hardware and software maintenance costs
• Support and maintenance of endpoint devices
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
Person Specification
• Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science
• CCNA Qualification will be an added advantage.
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: Associate Degree
