JOB DETAILS:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Computer networks – Installing, configuring and maintaining computers in the company.
• Desktop support – Providing direct technical assistance to all Company’s employees.
• Conduct Hardware maintenance – Working to maintain and repair computers and other computing hardware.
• Vertical software applications – Provide support for most of the Company’s Software and making sure communication channels are installed and setup on time.
• Ensuring clients websites and applications stay up and running and offering technical
• support.
• Performing System Testing and creating reports on user feedback and experience. 7. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Conducting Training on any system updates and Software usage guide.
• Perform any other technical duties assigned by the supervisor.
WHO ARE YOU?
Required Skills and Competencies:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience working within IT environment.
• Outstanding ability to interact and communicate with all levels of end users.
• Outstanding ability to organize and prioritize technical services requests.
• Outstanding ability to diagnose technical problems and quickly find solutions with very little direction/ interaction.
• Outstanding ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Flexibility and agility is essential to this position.
• Excellent technical, analytical, problem resolution, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent ability to lead and work as part of a team.
• Effective Communication skills.

Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
