JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
• Analyzing customers' needs and recommending IT products
• Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
• Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Keeping customers informed about new technological products.
• Analyzing customer needs and recommending relevant products
• Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Performing demonstrations of technical products
• Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
Qualifications
• Degree/Diploma in a Business related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT sales.
• Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how tech products work.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
