JOB DETAILS:
The High Commission of Canada to Kenya is recruiting a full time Human Resources Officer to join our mission in Nairobi. Starting salary: KES 4,259,680 per year .

Job Responsibilities:
• The Officer will design, organize and implement HR plans for Canadian offices in Kenya, Rwanda and South Sudan.
• The Officer will manage and control compensation and benefits, manage a personnel program, influence training programs, manage recruitment and staffing, and will take an active role in labour relations issues..

Open to candidates who are legally able to work and live in Kenya.
• Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, combined with extensive and recent experience managing a large HR portfolio for a complex, large organization.
