JOB DETAILS:
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide HR support to the HR Business Partner and Plant Manager on day-to-day HR matters
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, job descriptions, training, grievances,
• performance evaluations, surveys, etc.)
• Manage employee benefits and requests including complaints and grievances
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
• Support the recruitment process including interview scheduling and onboarding
• Management of outsourced staff in liaison with plant teams
• Provide other administrative support to the plant as required.

Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any other related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS or HRMS
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing
• Knowledge of the Kenyan labour laws
• Good presentation and communication Skills
• Good Planning and Organization skills

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
