JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
• Maintain and update employee database with relevant employee details
• Drafting offer letters, job descriptions and contracts
• Maintaining employee files both digital and physical
• Issuing introductory letters to employees for presentation to relevant government offices
• Handling exits interviews, clearance and handover.
• Draft HR related correspondence
• Organize HR meetings and trainings.
• Plan meeting and take detailed minutes
• Record staff and vehicles movements daily
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers Qualifications
• Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Resource Management or business-related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a HR/Admin Assistant
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
