JOB DETAILS:
Leading and directing all human resource roles, activities and providing guidance in overall administrative policies and strategies in order to support smooth running of the Sacco’s operations.
Operational Roles and Responsibilities
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counselling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Assist in developing training and development programs.
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Assist in Management and enhancement of effective Human resource Partnering and stakeholder relationship management.

• Effective and efficient staff recruitment
• Continuous staff development and appraisal
• Fair and equitable compensation of employees
• Management of harmonious employee relations
• Maintenance of appropriate working environment
• Ensures efficient staff welfare services
• Effective cost control
• Ensure reliable Human Resource database
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
• Minimum academic and professional qualifications required
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management,
• A member of Institute of HR Management (IHRM)
• A minimum of three(3) years relevant experience of which at least 2 years should have been in a similar role. Operational Roles and Responsibilities
