• Degree in Human Resources of Relevant Course
• 3 Years experience as a HR Generalist
• Excellent knowledge on Kenyan Labour Laws
• Experience in working in a factory set up- handling blue-collar labour-intensive experience
• Experience in dealing with flexible labour needs
• Must have experience with CBA
• Must be a member of IHRM
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Managed over 100 employees
