About the role:
We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join us and undertake a variety of HR administrative duties with us as we continue to grow and build the organization. You will be part of an ambitious HR team working on different functions such as HR operations, training and employee satisfaction. We work with cloud-hosted modern HR systems, both for recruiting and company-wide HR Management, so if you have a passion and interest in digital HR solutions it is a big, big plus!
As an ideal candidate, we also expect you to have a broad knowledge of all things HR as well as experience with general administrative duties with at least a few years of experience.

Key Duties and responsibilities:
• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
• Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• Assist with performance management procedures.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
• Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
• Support other assigned duties.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

Qualifications
• Must have at least 2 years working experience in HR
• Must be a member of IHRM/CHRP
