Requirement:
• Minimum of 1 year Human Resources Management experience, experience of working in BPO industry will be an added advantage.

Preferable to have experience in two or more of the following areas:
• General HR management & Recruitment Excellence in a client management model
• Hiring the best workforce and integrating the tools and processes required to meet the needs of the business
• Experience in Reporting, MIS and usage of MS Office tools
• Strategic planning, complex problem resolution and general management expertise.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player.

Education:
• Bachelors Degree
• HR Professional certificates preferred
