JOB DETAILS:
The main areas of responsibility:
• Administrative HR work (e.g., managing employees’ contracts, leaves of absence, sick days);
• Preparation of letters, orders and other documents, organizing of the signing process, archiving and registration of documents;
• Administration of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
• Maintenance of facilities, supplies and work equipment, controlling their renewal;
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information;
• Active recruitment process (e.g. sourcing and attracting talents, selecting and screening, interviewing process and hiring);
• Ensuring a positive experience of candidates throughout the selection process;
• Coordination of the onboarding process of new employees;
• Close cooperation with managers and employees.
The experience, skills and personal qualities you will need:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management preferably augmented with a Higher Diploma or a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K);
• Must be a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM);
• Proven relevant hands-on experience of at least 3 years in general HR Field.
• Extensive knowledge in the Kenyan Labor laws;
• Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written;
• High level of integrity and ethics;
• Proven problem-solving skills;
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
