JOB DETAILS:
Charlie’s Bistro is a High End Premium Restaurant, looking for an experienced Hospitality Administrator Officer to organize and oversee daily operations of our facilities. You will be responsible for coordinating activities and helping people reach their full potential.
Responsibilities for the Hospitality Administrator Officer Job

  • Hire qualified personnel according to standards
  • Organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Supervise and evaluate staff
  • Ensure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality
  • Handle customer complaints when necessary
  • Assist in pricing products or services
  • Assume responsibility of budgeting and monitoring expenses
  • Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards
  • Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently
  • Review and prepare reports for senior management
  • Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times
  • Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
  • Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
  • Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
  • Interacts with directors and carries out their requests
  • May take care of website functions and social media profiles
    Hospitality Administrator Officer Job Requirements
  • Associate degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 2+ yrs of proven experience in a busy and fast moving company
    Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant software
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity is key
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
  • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
  • Excellent Time Management Skills, Technical Skills
  • Strong Prioritization and Organization Skills
  • Ability to Handle Confidential Information
  • Strong Record Keeping Skills, presentation Skills
