JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking for an innovative and qualified Private High School principal that will be responsible in overseeing the running of the private high school academic programs. He or she must be hardworking and enthusiastic teaching professional with excellent academic managerial knowledge and a sound understanding of the new national curriculum, IGCSE and able to lead the school in the STEM initiative.

KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS
As principal, he or she shall serve as the school and educational leader responsible for development, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of a comprehensive program of educational and student services.

He or she will administer the programs in accordance with board policies, statutory requirements, administrative rules and regulations, and consistent with school curriculum program. He or she shall serve as an advocate for the staff, school, and school community as appropriate.

He or She must have over fifteen (15) years of teaching experience, 5 years of which are in a private school and another five as a private high school senior teacher. He or she must have a Masters Degree in the relevant field. The successful candidate shall have a competitive salary.
