A leading Five Star Hotel situated in Nairobi seeks to employ a suitable Kenyan Citizen with the right attributes to fill the position below:
Health Club & Spa Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for;

• Ensuring the overall smooth running of the Health club operations.
• Promoting and marketing the health club facility in Kenya.
• Improved volume of health club revenue and profitability planning.
• Improvement and maintenance of a sound customer service system.
• Leadership and supervision of all employees in the health club.
• Organising and selling attractive corporate team building packages and rolling out the same.
• Ensuring sound management of membership plans for all members and ensuring fees are billed and paid as and when they fall due.
•  Maintaining accountability in revenue collection and management.

The position is challenging and calls for a dynamic, confident, aggressive and out of the box thinker with the following attributes;

• Aged 38 years or below.
• Be holders of a University degree or its equivalent, preferably in fitness.
• Have at least five (5) years’ experience in a similar position in an upmarket fitness centre environment locally or Internationally.
• Able to teach aerobic classes, team building and knowledgeable in the use of modern fitness equipment.
• Be Computer literate and able to manage information.
• Be Creative and able to design unique team activities in the gym and the club.
• Must have knowledge in gym management and spa development.
• Must have International exposure in health club, gym and spa management.
• Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered to the successful candidate.
