JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
• Daily supervision and co-ordination of administrative duties supporting curative and preventive health programs
• Ensure that the health facility is properly maintained
• Maintenance of health administrative standards
• Overseeing welfare of staff and patients and ensuring their security
• Overseeing procurement
• Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications
• Be a Kenyan citizen;
• Be a holder of a Degree in Health
• System Management from a recognized institution in Kenya.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in administration, preferably in the health sector
• Must have good inter-personal and communication skills;
• Must be conversant with computer applications;
• Must be able to work under minimal supervision;
• Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
• Must have the ability to exercise good management and leadership skills.
• Must satisfy the requirement of chapter six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.

Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
